Candy Clock is a colourful and highly configurable desktop clock program. The background of the clock can be set to use a picture file, many graphics formats are supported including animated gifs.

The clock shape, hands, numbers and border can then be modified to compliment the background, and then the whole thing saved to a 'clock' file (a simple text file) which can be used at a later date. The package comes with a number of ready made clock files that you can load and use.

Idea For Developers -

I have many tiny dos programs, which have great utility in a small-devices. If there is way these dos programs can be decompiled from .exe and recompiled in Flash. Is there such a program. That would restore and resue many nice nostalgic programs.

Leaving nostalgia behind, if there is a way to compile a project made of html-css-js-png into flash. That would make it easy for some simple gadgets. Or we know html-css-js-png can be made into a .chm file which is compiled html help. If there is a flash viewer for chm files. That would make chm visible in all browsers and OS as an applet.
